Global warming

It is summertime. First days of July - terribly hot in the States as well as in Europe. That has not been a problem before, California and Riviera beaches bear emblematic memories of high life summers. Family photo albums and 8 mm movies have been bragging with happy summertime shots.
Will these happy moments return? Will we ever spend long hours out on the beach without worries of UVB damages?
Less and less talk is heard on international agreements on air pollution, as if we had given it up. Did we? Should we?
